Please share your final work with me on Google Drive before class on Thursday. Please take the following steps:
- When you have completed all of your revisions, please copy and paste your final draft into a NEW Google Drive document, and share that with me. (Otherwise, your group members would see all of my comments to you and your grade.)
- So that it is clear to me exactly what I should grade, please include your name and the word "FINAL" in caps in the title of the document.
- Please be sure that you share your document as a Google Drive document, not a Word document. If you complete the whole piece in Google Drive, this shouldn't be a problem--but if you upload a document that you started in Word, make sure that under "settings," (see picture), you have "conversion: on". Otherwise, you will upload a locked Word document and I won't be able to do anything with it.
When you upload your piece, please include a short (1-2 page) reflection on the choices you
made while writing this piece and how they reflected your goals, your
audience’s needs, and our discussions about writing for online spaces (for example, how we have talked about conciseness on both the level of the sentence and the article as a whole, short paragraphs, how to use hyperlinks...). You can put this reflection the bottom of your piece. It does not count in your word count. If you would like, this can also be where you indicate the audience for your piece. (Or you could indicate the audience at the top. Either is fine.)
